Recently, the large CNC induction heating pipe bender independently developed by Zhuzhou Hanhe Industrial has successfully passed rigorous performance tests and authoritative reviews by professional nuclear power industry experts.

Operation Rules & Cautions for Rotating Disc Centrifugal Atomization Equipment
1、 Process parameters:
- Smelting furnace: material liquid temperature 720 ℃, insulation power 23-24KW.
- Tundish: Maintain insulation when the brightness of the crucible is close to that of the furnace, with insulation power of 12-13 kW
- Discharge tube: Hot temperature 700 ℃, if manually insulated, the power is 11-12kw.
- Spindle speed: The electric spindle rotates at 2W for material feeding. Spray at 3.6W rotation.

The steel pipe is locally heated by electromagnetic induction coils and continuously cooled and shaped to the desired bending angle using a suitable cooling medium.
