Automatic Fast Heating Induction Bending Tube/Pipe Bender is a high-precision, efficient, and intelligent pipe processing equipment, specially designed for bending metal pipes of various materials and specifications. Adopting advanced numerical control technology and induction heating principle, it breaks through the limitations of traditional bending methods, realizing precise forming of pipes with minimal deformation, and is widely used in petroleum, chemical, aerospace, shipbuilding, power engineering, and other key industries.

• The bending radius covers a wide range, eliminating the need to replace the bending arm, reducing labor intensity, and improving work efficiency
• Core bend heating system with separate induction coils and spray rings, eliminating the need for induction coils to both heat and spray-cool the steel pipe, effectively solving the issue of coil damage. The induction coil features forward and backward scanning heating functions for smooth transitions at the start and end of bending, preventing bulging during the bending process The induction coil features display for vertical, horizontal, and front-back position coordinates.
