Stainless Steel Pipe Bender With Spool Bending

The pipe bending machine allows bending pipe with a diameter of 108mm to 630mm, with a maximum pipe wall thickness of 5mm to 60mm made of stainless steel, carbon steel and low-alloy steel.

The induction pipe bending machine perform a continuous-successive bending of a narrow section of the pipe heated by an intense electromagetic field generated by the inductor to a temperature of 800-1200℃. At the outlet of the inductor, the pipe can be cooled with air or water from a sprayer. Our typical WGYD serial is for spool bending which can bend pipes in different planes. The radius adjusting is controlled by machine bed movement. The whole machine body adopts welding structure of Q235 steel plate and the rectangular thick walled seamless steel pipe group. Welding parts is treated by through large annealing furnace for mechanical stress. The machine body guide rail installation surface adopts overall steel plated guide rail. And the guide rail is quenching heat treatment. Reasonable layout, beautiful appearance. The bending arm rotating central axis adopts large diameter slewing bearing to replace the traditional axis or bearing technology. This has successfully solved the traditional bending machine easy deformation due to the rotation center axis and resulting in expensive bearing damage, replacement and maintenance. The slider of the bending arm has a locking system that prevents the bending force generated by the bending process and drives the slide plate to produce displacement, so as to avoid the deformation of the screw rod.
